Church Shop
This week the shop made £102.20 and the coffee morning made £65.98 = £168.18, an excellent result. Thanks for your continued support that makes this such an enjoyable occasion.
Open Church
On Tuesday afternoons (2-4pm) St Matthew’s is open. This offers an opportunity for visitors to enjoy the beauty of the building, or a time for prayer. The long established working party also welcome those who want to join in with the care of the church and its grounds and the chance to chat and make new friends over a cup of tea.

Thank you all very much of the beautiful, framed, antique lithograph of Cockington Church which was presented to us following the APCM. It was a complete surprise. We had already received gifts at the carol service.
We are very fond of the people and the churches in our parish and are pleased to to help and serve when we can.

Food banks:
We are still collecting your donations of food, toiletries etc for the Food Bank. Many thanks for your continued donations.
Pray for the Christian food banks operating across Torbay - the Torquay Community Larder, the Riviera Storehouse, St Mags and the Paignton Community Larder - and for the several other food agencies which make up the Torbay Food Alliance.
